During the severe storms Eunice, Dudley and Franklin in February, we offered a test drive to experienced rib drivers in the Rafnar 1100. A Rib (Rigid Inflatable Boat) for professional, harbor, emergency, military and other services related to providing safety at sea.

With strong gusts up to 140 km/h, a Code Red weather alarm was applied for the coastal regions in The Netherlands, and so IJmuiden.

Waves up to about 4 meters high rolled into the IJmuiden harbor from the North Sea. Powered by 3 engines of 350 HP each, the vessel was fiercely put to the test.

Rafnar Maritime and TendersX announce a partnership to manufacture and market Rafnar boats on the Dutch and German maritime market in both the professional and leisure segment. TendersX is a newly established company and sister of Xtenders and Xquip, known as specialists in building carbon superyacht tenders & carbon superyacht equipment.
As an official Rafnar partner, TendersX will go to market as Rafnar Netherlands & Rafnar Germany and will offer the full Rafnar range and its innovative hull.
